Kate Schmitz FNP-C

Kate Schmitz, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Originally from Suwanee, Georgia, she earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and completed both her BSN and MSN at Emory University.

Before entering primary care, Kate gained hands-on experience in urgent care, where she treated a wide range of acute conditions and developed a strong foundation in high-quality clinical care.

Now based in Atlanta, Kate brings flexibility, clinical expertise, and a fresh perspective to her work in primary care. She is passionate about helping patients reach their full health potential through personalized, evidence-based treatment.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and their chocolate lab, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs every weekend.
