Paul D. Ellis, M.D.
After finishing his training in Kentucky, Dr. Ellis returned to Georgia in 1996. He has a special interest in pediatrics and preventive medicine, and is also experienced and skilled with the use of Botox and dermal fillers for aesthetics. Lisa L. Culpepper, M.D.
Dr. Culpepper was raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She completed her Family Practice training in Atlanta, Georgia with special emphasis in women’s health care. She lives in Johns Creek with husband and daughter. Hanna Park received her undergraduate degree in Nursing with honors at The University of Iowa before she moved to Atlanta in 2009. She was a surgical and transplant nurse in the ICU for 7 years before receiving her Master’s degree in Nursing at Emory University in 2014. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Hanna enjoys spending time at home with her husband and son.

Kelly MacPhaul, PA-C
Kelly MacPhaul joined North Chattahoochee Family Physicians in 2015. Kelly was raised in the Greater Atlanta Area. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia. Kelly continued her education at the Medical University of South Carolina, graduating with honors and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Kate Schmitz FNP-C
Kate Schmitz, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Education
Originally from Suwanee, Georgia, she earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and completed both her BSN and MSN at Emory University.
Before entering primary care, Kate gained hands-on experience in urgent care, where she treated a wide range of acute conditions and developed a strong foundation in high-quality clinical care.
Now based in Atlanta, Kate brings flexibility, clinical expertise, and a fresh perspective to her work in primary care. She is passionate about helping patients reach their full health potential through personalized, evidence-based treatment.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and their chocolate lab, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs every weekend.
Anna Piercoro FNP-BC
Anna Piecoro, FNP-BC, is an American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients of all ages. She values building lasting relationships with her patients and focuses on empowering them through education, preventive care, and personalized treatment plans.
Education
Anna obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Georgia and earned both her Master of Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University. Her clinical interests include lifestyle medicine, preventative care, and providing care to underserved populations. She has a strong passion for promoting wellness and helping patients achieve their health goals.
Outside of the clinic, Anna enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her beloved cat, Melo. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and involved in their healthcare decisions.
