Paul D. Ellis, M.D.

After finishing his training in Kentucky, Dr. Ellis returned to Georgia in 1996. He has a special interest in pediatrics and preventive medicine, and is also experienced and skilled with the use of Botox and dermal fillers for aesthetics. Dr. Culpepper was raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She completed her Family Practice training in Atlanta, Georgia with special emphasis in women’s health care. She lives in Johns Creek with husband and daughter. Christian Bramwell, M.D.

Christian Bramwell, M.D.

Dr. Christian Bramwell is a Canadian born Jamaican American citizen raised in Tampa, FL. His specialties include Nutrition, Family Medicine, and Sports Medicine. Dr. Bramwell lives his life by the motto, “Do unto others as you would want done to you”. He loves his fiancé Sarah, his Tampa Bay sports teams, (Go Bucs!) and anything related to science fiction.

Hanna Park received her undergraduate degree in Nursing with honors at The University of Iowa before she moved to Atlanta in 2009. She was a surgical and transplant nurse in the ICU for 7 years before receiving her Master’s degree in Nursing at Emory University in 2014. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Hanna enjoys spending time at home with her husband and son.

Kelly MacPhaul, PA-C

Kelly MacPhaul, PA-C

Kelly MacPhaul joined North Chattahoochee Family Physicians in 2015. Kelly was raised in the Greater Atlanta Area. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia. Kelly continued her education at the Medical University of South Carolina, graduating with honors and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Meaghan Westenhaver, NFP-C

Meaghan Westenhaver, FNP-C

Born and raised in Pasadena, California, Meaghan earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, where she also received a double minor in Biological Basis of Behavior and Healthcare Management. She moved to Atlanta, GA in 2015 to work as a registered nurse at Emory University Hospital on a complex medicine unit. While working at Emory, she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Emory University, with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus, graduating in March of 2021. She was inducted to the nursing honors society Sigma Theta Tau in November of 2019, as well as being nominated for the 2019 Nurse of the Year by both the Atlanta Journal Constitution and March of Dimes. She is also a member of a number of professional organizations, including the Georgia Nurses Association and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Meaghan joined North Chattahoochee Family Physicians in January 2023. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, seeing friends, and spending time with her dog Sully.
