We are a "Preferred Provider" for more than 30 Insurance Carriers.
Below is a list of insurers we contract with. If your insurer does not
appear on the list please contact them directly, we may have a
contract with them and not show up on the list.

Our staff will electronically file your medical claim if you have an
HMO or PPO plan that we contract with.

If you have an indemnity plan or a plan which we do not contract with,
you will be asked to pay for services at the time of your visit.

We accept cash, checks, Visa or Mastercard.  Co-payments and
patient balances are due at the time of service.
